Deeda Salon of Sacramento, California, is currently located in a small space that has posed challenges for its staff and guests. Their owner, Angelina is looking to expand their operations to a new location within the city limits. The current location features intense colors, rustic finishes and an environment of friendly stylists.

With the inspiration for the design, being the Mexican Tree of Life, the proposed new location was a perfect canvas for a vibrant and eclectic style, while also being a great space to relax and get styled by your favorite stylist. The new salon space will allow for a more efficient layout of the space and will accommodate both guests and associates in an environment that is spacious and functional. Having the larger site, I was able to incorporate a larger seating area for guests, a retail space for products and merchandise, and more space for the break room and outside lounge area for associates. This new location is just the beginning of the expanding brand, of DEEDA.
