I met the Le Family back in 2019 and were happy to inform me that they are purchasing a new lot, and need help designing their dream home. Of course, I was ecstatic to help! Already having the floor plan and layout already decided, It was more design aesthetic and material selection that was needed.

 

They wanted a mixture of farmhouse with some elegant and modern touches. I ended up using SketchUp to help them envision what their home could potentially be. I was included in all aspects of the design process, from choosing wall finishes, light fixtures, hardware finishes, and material selection throughout the entire home. This process gave me the opportunity to see a complete project from start to finish. 

 

The projects had started in 2019 and finally was completed at the end of 2020. Especially since Covid-19 started at the beginning of 2020, it has been a long and difficult process, but ultimately rewarding. I have included the SketchUp Visuals, and the Final Product of the project. I hope you enjoy it!
